Santiago Pauni is a dedicated HR professional with over ten years of experience in the technology industry. Originally from Argentina, Santiago moved to the United States in 2012 and has built a thriving career in human resources. He joined NAPAWF with a desire to contribute to a cause greater than himself, seeking to support underrepresented communities and end each day with a sense of accomplishment.

Santiago brings extensive experience as an HR Generalist and HR Manager, particularly understanding the needs of underprivileged workers from his background in a developing country. His career in the fast-paced IT industry has equipped him with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and drive results. Santiago excels in creating and refining HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. He enjoys mentoring team members and implementing systematic, process-oriented approaches that foster a supportive and inclusive workplace.

Santiago studied Social Communications at the University of Buenos Aires and has payroll accounting and Project Management training. Fluent in English and Spanish, he brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to his role at NAPAWF. Santiago finds fulfillment in his work, enjoying both the challenges and successes of supporting his colleagues and advancing NAPAWF’s mission.
