Letter of Support for Dale Ho

NAPAWF joins other organizations who are committed to serving and empowering Asian American Pacific Islanders (AAPIs) in supporting the nomination of Dale Ho to United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Mr. Ho is an exceptional attorney recognized by the legal and Asian American communities for his extraordinary accomplishments throughout his legal career. He will also bring much-needed demographic and professional diversity to the federal bench. While New York is home to over 1.8 million AAPIs, Mr. Ho would be just the third Asian American judge ever to serve on the bench for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and only the sixth Asian American judge in history to serve on any of New York’s federal district courts.
