Voting Information
Asian American and Pacific Islander women, our vote is our power.
About our Voter Engagement Program
When AAPI women vote, we have the opportunity to make our voices heard by selecting the people who will represent us in government on the federal, state, county, and city level.
NAPAWF’s Voter Engagement Program has been reaching out to AAPI women since 2018. While mainstream voter outreach efforts historically do not include AAPI communities, NAPAWF’s dedicated team of organizers and canvassers reach voters in key states to ensure they know everything they need to vote! Our work is unique in that we bring a pan-Asian, intergenerational, and personal approach to voter outreach efforts, including reaching voters in native Asian languages, creating multilingual voting guides, and connecting voters to issues that impact their families and communities.

Our Votes Matter
What does care look like? What are all the different ways we show up for each other, our family, and our community? How do we learn this from our mothers and how do we pass it on? We’re proud to share the story of May Thach, NAPAWF Senior Florida Organizing Manager, and her mother Ms. Mai, for Asian Pacific American Heritage Month.
Thank you to Director Lilan Bowden for telling our story! Video produced by Enfranchisement.
Who Are You Voting for?
Who we vote for isn’t just a question about who is on the ballot. When we vote, we pick who is going to make decisions about us, the people we love, and our communities. AAPI women voters, your vote can decide our future. Directed by Lilan Bowden, this video highlights the power of the AAPI vote and the ways we are all interconnected.
