What does NAPAWF do?
The National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum (NAPAWF) is a national advocacy and movement building organization dedicated to empowering Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) women and girls.
Too often, the needs of AAPI women and girls are either masked or completely ignored. Our movement is rooted in increasing the visibility and influence of AAPI and immigrant communities.
By amplifying our stories and lived experiences, NAPAWF advocates for policies that give AAPI women and girls full agency to make the best decisions for their lives and families.
- WE ORGANIZE our communities across key states to build power and influence critical decisions with our voices, our votes and our values.
- WE ENGAGE lawmakers and government officials to promote an intersectional AAPI women agenda and defend our interests.
- WE SHARE our views and our vision for the future with the rest of the country through media, events and research that is “for us, by us.”
- WE LEAD and join efforts with other organizations in strengthening our collective Reproductive Justice agenda.
